Each of our four tour packages (wine tour, combo tour, birthday tour, and bridal shower tour) includes all of the following:

Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. Should a cancellation occur, the credit card on file will be used to pay any remaining balance for the tour in full.

Customers who cancel prior to 72 hours of the tour date may transfer their deposit towards a new reservation. Rebooking fees will be incurred based on the number of people in the party. For parties between 11-20 people, the re-booking fee is $300. For parties between 21-30 people, the re-booking fee is $400. For parties over 30 people, the re-booking fee is $500.

A $50 per person cancellation fee is charged for any individuals who cancel or do not show on the date of the tour. The credit card held on file will be charged this fee.
